This was one of my SCAD Projects, part of my DRAW101 Course. The project was about Memento Mori, a still life with objects that represent mortality and 'seizing the today'. The skull directly represents death, while the apple represents life. The perfume and the LV Box represent a certain vanity associated with materialism in the present, and the ukulele represents passion for today. I was very happy with this project, because it allowed me to improve on my technical skills in charcoal.
