This process involves screen printing using thousands of tiny dots in different colors to create the illusion of color variation. I took this picture in Kulu in 2016. For me, this medium worked really well with the idea of Holi as the festival of colors. The print diffuses color in a way that feels simultaneously surreal and familiar, echoing the feeling of alienated nostalgia in a foreign land.
